The ARD JUTH EXCO with the Kidnapped Medical Students After Their Rescue

On the 15th of August 2024, 20 medical students from the University of Jos were kidnapped in Benue state on their way to Enugu state for a national convention of Federation of Catholic Medical and Dental Students, FECAMDS

All of them were safely rescued from the hands of the kidnappers by the gallant security personnel of the federal government.

After regaining their freedom, they visited the EXCO of ARD JUTH in appreciation of the role the association played in ensuring their timely and safe release.

Also, the students had a thanksgiving mass at the Good Shepherd Chaplaincy on the 22nd of September.

Attached are some of the photographs of the two events.
