NEW YEAR 2025: A YEAR OF RESTORATION
Dear Colleagues,
1. Warm fraternal greetings to you all.
2. The year 2024 was marked by its fair share of challenges and triumphs. Yet, through it all, you remained steadfast, keeping faith and hope alive. Together, we navigated the year’s complexities and emerged stronger.
3. Despite the numerous obstacles we faced as an association, I am grateful to God that we did not lose any member. By His grace, we have all crossed into 2025 alive and well.
4. Reflecting on our journey as an association, we have every reason to express gratitude to God—for both our successes and the lessons learned from our setbacks. While we may not yet be where we aspire to be, I am confident that we have made meaningful progress.
5. As we step into this new year, I am filled with optimism. I pray that 2025 will be a year of restoration for each of us, a year where all that was lost will be regained. May it be a year of celebrations and renewed hope. Let us continue to believe in brighter days ahead.
6. I am fully aware of the daunting realities we face in Nigeria today. However, as your President, I am resolutely committed to walking this journey with you. Together, we will rise above these challenges and achieve our collective goals.
7. On behalf of my executive council, I extend my heartfelt wishes for a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

ASSOCIATE BODIES

EVENTS
During the year, we had the opportunity to visit and engage with other sister bodies within Plateau State. Our group’s itinerary included paying courtesy visits to JUTH Management at the Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos Lamingo and the Medical and Dental Consultants of Nigeria JUTH Chapter at the MDCAN Secretariat Juth Lamingo. We also received the newly elected executives of the Jos University Medical Students Association JUMSA at the ARD Secretariat JUTH. Our primary objective for these visits was to foster amicable and pleasant relations with these organizations.

We were particularly keen on understanding their operations and learning more about the work they do, while also exchanging ideas on how we can establish collaborative ventures with them in the future. We were greeted with open arms, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our experience was both enriching and enjoyable. Overall, our visit to these esteemed organizations was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our year, and we look forward to further nurturing these important relationships.
