The indefatigable House Officers of Jos University Teaching Hospital JUTH celebrated their house officer week 2025 on Wednesday 9th July, 2025. Activities slated for the epoch event includes Scientific Conference, Blood Drive, Hiking and Bonfire night etc.
The chairman of the occasion Prof Nuhu Dakum declared the event open while commending the housemen for organizing a week for themselves.
The keynote speaker Prof Bashiru Ismaila presented the lecture for main theme titled: The House Officer in a challenging Healthcare System: Making the most of it.
The subtheme lecture was presented by a representative of Hon Samuel Dapiya with the title: The impact of youth representation in governance and decision-making.
The occasion was well attended alongside our distinguished ARD President Dr Kwarshak Kevin who received a well-deserved distinguished Award of Merit from the House Officers Association, Jos University Teaching Hospital, Jos.
