The members of the executive council led by our distinguished president Dr Kwarshak Kevin paid a courtesy visit to JUTH management on Tuesday 14th January 2025.
In an opening address, the President introduced the newly elected executive council members of ARD JUTH to the chief medical director Dr Pokop Bupwatda and other management team.
The President expressed appreciation to the CMD for the continued support and cooperation between ARD JUTH and management while also calling for more to be done especially in crucial aspects including: Accreditation for Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery, temporary creche for ARD members, Local Residency Training Allowance, G-18 members, electronic medical records, employment of new residents, indemnity for resident doctors and salaries/welfare of House officers amongst many other concerns raised.
In response, the chief medical director Dr Pokop Bupwatda congratulated the President and other exco members on their election while also appreciating the timely visit. He further promised to attend to every one of the sundry issues raised by ARD JUTH while instituting immediate action for some also.
